I should try to capitalize more. I'm talking sentences and common nouns. I keep trying to be good about it but sometimes I just forget. Or I feel like I don't have time to hit the shift key. Time is money people.

Why is Egon Schiele the 'cool kid artist'? He's seriously like the Van Gough of the hipsters. Ask any hipster who their favorite artist is and I'll bet you dollars to donuts they'll say Egon Schiele. I also bet you that they'll say it with an air of 'and I bet you have no idea who he is'. There is really good art out there people, just look for it. Seriously. It annoys the crap out of me.

I think I have food allergies.

Life can take very unexpexted turns sometimes, so I'm going to start lving like that. NOt jumping out of planes or any crazy shit but taking more time and trying to be kind(er).

I finally got around to hanging up some art on my walls yesterday. A Magic Lantern poster, two Tiny Showcase prints and my prized Devo photographs ( a la 1978). Its starting to feel like home again.

Newport is amazing this time of year.

Violet clapped yesterday! I've been trying to get her to do it for months and last night while we were on family walk, she did it! I'm so proud. She also turned herself around after she pulled up to stand in front of the couch and just stood there (leaning back on the couch of course). I have a feeling standing is very very close. Like, closer than I want it to be. When did my baby start turning into a toddler? Our friends Sara & Gus came to visit yesterday and she was just amazed by Gus' beard. She seems to like dudes with facial hair. huh.
