Same crap, different blog.

I suck at blogging these days. Honestly, I don't know how people do it most of the time. Especially the ones with kids.

Right now I should be sewing but instead I am chit chatting with my friend Sarah & finding artwork for all my albums on iTunes that don't have any. How is it that I have no problem multi-tasking when it comes to stuff like that but I can't do some easy-peasy sewing and stuff them full of polyfil? It's like the Tootsie Pop question, The world will never know.

Why does it always have to be so bloody humid here? Gah. When it's so sticky you'd rather stay in your third floor apartment, you know there's something wrong.

We had our first dinner party since we moved here a year ago this past weekend. God, it was so great to sit around with friends, no bullshit, good food and lots of laughing. Violet was an absolute dream, she ate with us and went to bed without a fuss. We have a nice little patio in the backyard which I had never spent any real time in. Note to self: must start having more dinner parties.

Maybe we'll go to the beach this afternoon. Hmmm.

V has been on a blueberry kick lately. She LOVES them. Last night as Jesse & I were preparing dinner we look over to se her jamming her finger almost all the way up her nose, turning a bit red and sneezing a lot. Since we were assembling mexican food I'm thinking maybe she got a hold of some pepper? But there was no way she could have done that.

Yep, it was a blueberry. She thought it was hysterical. So after 3 hours and 100 bucks later, V now has a blueberry free nose. Gah.

And I'm actually pretty darn excited about it. It's here.

Other than that, I'm still battling the mystery GI illness. Good Times.

Dear Heidi Klum,

I really enjoy your show Project Runway but for the love of God, could you please stop picking 'The Freaky Guy'? What the fuck? I mean, if I can just pick out the Goth/Rock n' Roll dude that's a total cock on the first episode then what's the point of me watching the whole thing? Seriously.
